Samuel is an award-winning social entrepreneur, commentator, and strategist. He served as Special Advisor to Prime Minister Boris Johnson where he held the Civil Society and Communities brief. His work included leading on the cross-government vaccine deployment confidence programme. He was the most senior Black Advisor in government. Samuel has extensive senior leadership and board experience, acting as Non-Executive Director at challenger energy firm Ovo’s Foundation arm and under former Prime Minister Theresa May he was a member of the Race Disparity Audit Advisory Board. He is the co-founder of Inclusive Boards. He led the UK Sport and Sport England project for Inclusive Boards.

Wendy has international leadership experience in the NGO sector and over 25 years service within the public sector. She has worked within local authorities serving highly deprived communities in the London area. She specialises in public sector policy and strategy development, Community engagement and has a passion for excellence in customer services. She has significant experience in Programme Management holding a Prince2 certificate, and has led advisory and training to senior leadership teams across the public sector. She is a course instructor on Inclusive Boards’ ILM accredited leadership programme and her experience as a certified coach helps with a relational approach within our course programme delegates.

Sam is an experienced multidisciplinary professional working across our search and advisory practices. He leads on designing and delivering EDI training, webinars and advisory work and account management of our executive search clients. He has experience working on executive search campaigns to place people on the boards of third sector, public sector and private sector organisations. He led the creation of our disability in leadership toolkit for organisations who are looking to recruit disabled board members.

Katie works across Inclusive Boards’ campaign and programmes activities, which include our Executive Leadership Programmes,  online learning offer for individuals and organisations, and ‘Women in Leadership’ conferences across Tech, Engineering and Civil Society. She is responsible for programme delivery across our leadership programmes both in-house and on behalf of clients. She has worked in the third sector, supporting underrepresented young people gain access to leadership and employment opportunities, and within the housing sector at architectural and property development practices. Katie ensures high-quality delivery across all our campaigns activity and works with both clients and individual learners.

Ros has worked on Searches across a number of sectors, including sport, charity and arts, successfully filling Non-Executive, Chair, and Executive roles. Ros ensures we deliver on our promise of diversity and quality. Her previous clients are below where she has not only maintained quality, but supported organisations from different regions in the UK to address a lack of ethnic, age and regional diversity on their boards. She has maintained a strong network of candidates and actively builds a new network of diverse candidates.

Conor is leading the quantitative and qualitative research for the Transformational Leadership Programme in Lambeth and Southwark, designed to break the link between ethnicity and poorer health outcomes. With an academic background in sociology and professional experience in customer care within the financial services and education sectors, Conor’s motivation to create change on issues of diversity and inclusion and people-centered approach supports  relationship building with our clients and learners. Conor is a course designer and facilitator for Inclusive Boards’ campaigns and programmes, capacity building diversity, and inclusion for individuals and organisations.
